On 16 February 2023 I published two essays the same day: “Above the Waterline” Thinking and Distributing Authority to the Edges of an Organization, and “The Ups and Downs of #SiloNoMore — A tour of duty supporting RevOps.” Ten years after founding the consultancy, writing a retrospective on my own banner. It's the first public sign of the shift from evangelising a category to interrogating it — the same move 8thday makes on the personal side.
